How to Find Drivers?
- Search for cars by location on hyrecar.com
- When you find a car you’re interested in renting, click “Request to Book”
- Enter in requested dates/times as well as a message to the owner (optional), then click “Send Request”
- The owner will confirm the request if dates/times are available
- The driver will be prompted to pay at the time of booking approval
- All payments will be processed through their secure platform, so owners can rest assured they will get paid on time every time
- Like other rental businesses, any new customer will need to sign a rental agreement before actually taking possession of your vehicle.
Picking up or Dropping off the Car
For pickup – meet the driver at a specified location at the Start Time of rental. For drop-off – the owner must be present to exchange keys & walkthrough condition of pre-existing damage.

If meeting driver for pickup – hand over keys & document any pre-existing damage.
